As a Senior Manager within Group Treasury’s Business and Balance Sheet Strategy team, you will help shape and execute capital strategy across Macquarie’s European entity, providing insight and analysis that supports strategic decision-making and sustainable growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk Management and the business, you will lead capital planning, stress testing, regulatory engagement and governance activities while delivering recommendations that optimise balance sheet outcomes and capital efficiency. Reporting to a Division Director, you will lead a small team and play an influential role in guiding strategic initiatives, regulatory programmes and continuous improvement opportunities across the capital management framework
