Measured, not surveyed

Every figure is read from employers' own careers pages and job ads, the way a candidate would see them. No panels, no self-report, no job-board scrapes.

Falsified before it ships

Every headline number gets a falsification attempt before publication, and the skews of our corpus are disclosed in the methodology, every time.

Names in celebration only

No employer is ever named unfavourably. Underperformance is reported as anonymous aggregates; figures are frozen under stable URLs so citations hold.
