  • 2-5 years of experience in alternative funds, ideally gained through private fund launches in EMEA, with exposure to credit funds and separately managed accounts being helpful rather than essential
  • A strong foundation in European asset management regulation, together with the curiosity and judgement to apply technical knowledge in a commercial, solutions-focused way
  • Exposure to cross-border fund structures, with a clear interest in developing further expertise in this area
  • Established knowledge in European private funds law, from either private practice or an in-house environment, with the ability to build strong working relationships across legal and business teams
  • Confidence working with external counsel and internal stakeholders, balancing attention to detail with a practical approach to delivery
  • An appetite to learn, grow and contribute to a developing Credit business, supporting new initiatives and building expertise across private credit and alternative investment products
