  • 5+ years’ securities lending trading experience ideally with exposure to other Delta1 adjacent products
  • Strong understanding of equity finance/derivative structures and products;
  • Python or similar coding experience strongly preferred, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to design, enhance, or automate trading tools
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-driven tools, analytics, or automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, or enhance operational efficiency is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate risk versus reward in decision-making, with a strong risk mindset and sound judgement
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience interacting with clients, brokers, custodians, institutional lenders, or other external counterparties
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to engage with operational detail, and ability to challenge the status quo to improve processes and controls
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
