Join a leading private bank in Switzerland and accelerate your career in the Pricing and Revenue Development department, where you will play a key role in optimizing pricing strategies across the organization.

As part of the Strategic Pricing team, you will be supporting strategic initiatives that align with both business and compliance objectives.

In this role, you will be part of a team driving regulatory pricing projects to ensure consistent governance in pricing and revenue management. YOUR CHALLENGE

What to work on?

Strategic Pricing Projects: Contribute to strategic pricing initiatives focused on improving pricing governance, working on defined tasks with real business impact.

Pricing Analysis and Market Studies: Support revenue-related analyses such as assessments of pricing structures, product usage patterns, and price enforcement levels. Assist in researching current market trends to help benchmark our offerings against competitors.

Communication and Stakeholder/Change management

Prepare presentations and material for senior management and stakeholder soundings, also coordinate rollout and implementation of projects including planning/ tracking, change management activities, impact monitoring etc.

What to learn?

Swiss and international wealth management market dynamics and client expectations

Bank business model, strategic priorities, and performance drivers in private banking

Core product suite and service offerings of a global wealth manager

Best practices in pricing communication and the coordination of structured pricing reviews

YOUR PROFILE

Educational Background: University degree (or equivalent) in banking & finance, business administration, law, economics, or a related field

Experience: First professional experience in Private Banking, financial services, or strategy consulting

First exposure to regulatory frameworks governing pricing practices in financial services, implementing and maintaining compliance-related projects, governance structures, policies, and control frameworks is a plus

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Project Management: First project management experience, with the ability to complete work-packages independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Communication & Documentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a high standard of written documentation (including PowerPoint and reports).

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in documentation, policies, and guidelines

Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong ability to identify areas for improvement in pricing practices and processes

Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required. Additional languages are a plus.

Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Start date: as of January 2027, although later start dates are possible and can be arranged flexibly
