Role Overview

The Client Service Manager (Officer) is responsible for providing high-quality client service and operational oversight to a key client (PIMCO), ensuring effective stakeholder communication, timely issue resolution, and a controlled operating environment.

The role supports client-facing activities across market infrastructure, SWIFT connectivity, testing, onboarding, operational change initiatives, and relationship management with custodians, brokers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key point of contact for the client, custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders

Build and maintain strong working relationships with client counterparts and external market participants

Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication

Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment

Support and oversee SWIFT testing, process enhancements, market changes, and client initiatives

Coordinate operational and client-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement

Monitor operational risk and ensure adherence to internal controls, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Maintain and improve process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and client experience

Required Experience & Qualifications

6+ years of experience within Asset Servicing, Middle Office, Client Service, Custody, or Investment Operations

Experience in client servicing and stakeholder management

Experience working with custodians, brokers, or institutional clients

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong client-facing and relationship management capabilities

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Project coordination and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Experience working with global clients or in a multi-location operating model

Exposure to SWIFT messaging, testing, onboarding, or implementation initiatives

Experience coordinating operational or client-related projects

Exposure to process improvement, automation, or change initiatives

Familiarity with Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, or Collateral Management products

**Minimum Salary:**​

zł132,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
