Requirements Engineer / Application Operation Manager 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.01.2027 with possible extension)

YOUR CHALLENGE

Assist management in steering and governing the application landscape in a dynamic IT environment

This role focuses on transparency on application-related costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring financial discipline across the portfolio

Support and analyse data to create a clear view on spend, value, and optimisation opportunities

Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and contributing to the smooth execution of key priorities

YOUR PROFILE

Strong experience with creating senior-level communication materials (reports and slide decks)

Experience in structuring and drive RtB and CtB initiatives derived from strategic or prioritised IT topics

Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders

Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational and coordination skills

Good presentation and communication skills with business and technical stakeholders

A solid understanding of IT environments, application management, and governance processes is essential

Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit

Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups

Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
