Role Purpose

Execute the prompting framework and scale-up plan defined by the Prompting Lead (MD). Translate standards into working prompts, coordinate testing and BAU integration, and drive day-to-day delivery across GDS Agentic AI use cases.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the Prompting Framework

Apply and operationalize the prompting framework, standards, and best practices across use cases

Develop, refine, and maintain prompts aligned to defined quality standards

Support the MD in evolving templates, patterns, and reusable components based on delivery experience

Deliver with Testing Teams

Coordinate day-to-day work with testing teams to validate prompts against defined criteria

Triage test findings, implement improvements, and manage prompt iteration cycles

Track defects, quality metrics, and remediation across use cases

Execute the Ops Scale-Up Plan

Support execution of the Ops scale-up plan, working directly with BAU teams to embed Agentic AI capabilities

Draft and maintain procedures, SOPs, and run-books for operational teams

Coordinate training delivery for Ops users, reviewers, and BAU leads

Cross-Functional Delivery

Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Pods, and Technology teams to align prompts to business use cases

Manage backlog and prioritization of prompting work across the portfolio

Provide progress updates to the MD and program governance

Continuous Improvement

Capture lessons learned and feed them back into framework updates

Identify opportunities to improve prompt quality, delivery speed, and Ops adoption

Support the MD in reporting on quality, adoption, and scale-up progress

Required Experience

6+ years across transformation, AI/ML delivery, product, or operations roles

Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM-based solutions, or AI use case delivery

Strong delivery execution skills - testing coordination, BAU integration, training rollout

Experience working across cross-functional teams in a global environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

**Minimum Salary:**​

zł182,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
