Job Summary
As a Technology Risk and Controls Executive Director within the Cyber Security team, you will set the strategic vision for risk management and controls. You will lead high-impact initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and ensure our frameworks meet the highest standards of compliance and resilience. Your leadership will drive innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll inspire teams and help us navigate the evolving technology landscape.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for technology risk and controls
- Lead firmwide initiatives to enhance risk management frameworks and practices
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and regulatory changes
- Oversee compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Guide the development of advanced analytics and reporting for risk management
- Mentor and develop senior leaders and teams
- Represent the firm in industry forums and regulatory engagements
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Extensive leadership experience in technology risk management or a related field
- Proven ability to set and execute strategic direction
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Experience leading large, global teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Expertise with risk management tools and advanced analytics
- Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels

- Advanced degree or executive certification in risk management or related discipline
- Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry
