As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-impact technology projects focused on low latency market trading environments. You will apply your deep technical experience to drive business outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage resources and budgets, and ensure programs align with strategic objectives. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders will be key to your success. You will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, integrating technical requirements for low latency market trading technologies
- Guide cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
- Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans
- Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions to drive continuous learning and innovation
- Assess program performance using analytical reasoning and implement data-driven optimizations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence decisions and build strong partnerships
- Manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Contribute as a subject matter expert to operational planning and risk management for professional service delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Deep technical expertise in program management, delivering complex technology projects within large organizations
- Hands-on experience with low latency market trading technologies and platforms
- Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships
- Ability to manage resources, budgets, and teams in an agile environment
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks
- Stakeholder management skills, building productive relationships and influencing decisions across tea
