Your area of work
The Compliance Function works in close coordination with the individual business units and other group control functions to ensure adherence to laws and regulations applicable to the Deutsche Börse Group. Compliance defines group-wide compliance policies, supports their consistent application across group entities, and provides centralized services in areas including the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. For this, Compliance has set up a Compliance Services function in Prague to support its global monitoring activities.
Your responsibilities
- Investigation of transactions flagged by the monitoring system
- Distinguish unusual behavior from the mass of transaction data especially with regards to money laundering and market abuse
- Documentation of actions taken
- Testing of new releases, organizational activities
- Support the enhancement of monitoring framework
Your profile
- University degree in economics, finance, or business studies and/or a comparable experience will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in a control’s environment, compliance, audit, or risk will be considered as an advantage
- Team player able to integrate in existing team
- Motivated and flexible person eager to learn on the job independently
- Very good analytical skills and technical understanding
- Experience in data analytics, data mining or business intelligence will be considered as an advantage
- High level of self-motivation, interested in learning new topics
- Good communicator able to interact with people at all levels of the organization
