What you'll do
Working closely with a team of UK based analysts with whom alongside your own team, you will provide excellent client delivery and support across a range of vertical markets and products. This role allows you to develop a wide variety of business, technical and interpersonal skills, working with some of the world’s largest organizations, helping them react quickly to market opportunities and conditions, and supporting them with configuration changes to protect their business and customers from potential fraud attacks. You will:
- Attend client workshops and support with eliciting relevant solution requirements.
- Gather and understand requirements, assumptions, scope is aligned to the contractual agreements made with the client.
- Support delivery lead with project documentation, to both internal and external parties, in line with governance.
- Follow Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) process and Experian internal procedures.
- Support delivery lead with client engagements from end-to-end.
- Contribute to the quality reviews and governance milestones associated with the design.
- Support with reports for the Project Manager which they can use to communicate project status to relevant parties, both internal and external.
- Support with relevant issues and risks ensure all issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate management.
- Contribute effectively to conversations, meetings and workshops.
- Actively seek to develop competency/knowledge of both solution analytics analysis, software, and software technical analysis.
You will report to the Senior Delivery Manager/Consultant.
What you'll bring
- Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) user
- Experience with data analysis/MI reporting
- Be collaborative with the various teams that you will be working with throughout Experian
- Fluency in spoken and written English
It will be considered an advantage if you have:
- University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content
- Technical knowledge around SDKs for device products
- Related experience in software delivery, software solution design and configuration
- Working knowledge of XML/JSON
- Working knowledge of WPS / SAS
- Fraud industry knowledge
