You will work collaboratively with internal partners such as Relationship Managers and Operations specialists to ensure that every enquiry is addressed expeditiously while upholding meticulous standards. By assuming responsibility for each case from inception through resolution, you will not only address immediate requirements but also foster enduring rapport with clients. Your discernment in recognising cross-sell opportunities will directly contribute to organisational growth whilst your unwavering commitment to compliance ensures alignment with prevailing industry regulations. Success in this role is predicated upon your responsiveness under pressure, clarity in communication at all times, and continual pursuit of enhancements both individually and collectively.

  • Serve as the principal point of contact for all routine client banking enquiries and matters, ensuring each engagement reflects the highest standards of service.

  • Diligently log, monitor, and manage all incoming communications through to resolution whilst maintaining precise records and timely reporting of key performance metrics to uphold service level agreements.

  • Assist clients with their daily transactions by investigating and resolving queries or concerns promptly, always managing expectations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Respond efficiently to internal requests from front office coverage teams and branches throughout the EMEA region, facilitating seamless interdepartmental communication.

  • Engage proactively with corporate client groups in an account management capacity to nurture transactional relationships, enhance overall client satisfaction, and provide considered recommendations for cross-sell or revenue-generating opportunities.

  • Oversee all aspects of client user administration including the issuance and completion of documentation for various maintenance requests.

  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Sales teams, Operations staff, and other stakeholders to ensure prompt case resolution while identifying areas for service enhancement or client education.

  • Identify potential risks or emerging issues at an early stage by escalating concerns appropriately to ensure swift resolution for clients who may be at risk.

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects or initiatives aimed at refining the client experience or improving team service levels as required by evolving business needs.

  • Adhere rigorously to internal policies regarding escalation procedures, compliance obligations, process controls, product guidelines, and regulatory standards.
