We are looking for:

CEE Marketing Automation team - Oracle Eloqua support

Your future role:​

  • Shape and deliver enhancements that improve the experience for campaign managers, CRM users and recipients of marketing communications,
  • Own integrations across web, marketing, event and sales tools, safeguarding data flow quality and driving further improvements,
  • Triage, prioritise and resolve technical incidents reported by users,
  • Track and analyse digital platform performance, turning insights into actionable optimisation recommendations,
  • Build and execute a data quality strategy covering retention, record improvements and structural optimisation,
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of marketing automation trends and best practices to ensure we never stand still.

Apply if you have

  • At least 3 years' experience working with Oracle Eloqua,
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations via APIs or dedicated connectors,
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or SOQL,
  • A very good command of English (min. B2),
  • A university degree in IT (preferred) or Marketing,
  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail,
  • Solid organisational and time management skills,
  • The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
  • A current base in one of the CEE territories.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) or other CRM platforms.
