Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Platform Engineering team – a person combining strong technical expertise in infrastructure, automation, and developer experience (DevEx) with team management experience and the ability to build an internal engineering community. About the Team We create tools, services, and solutions that enable product teams to deliver business value faster, safer, and more efficiently. Our Platform Engineering team forms the heart of the organization’s technical infrastructure, supporting both cloud infrastructure and developer experience. We work on Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), deployment automation, DORA metrics, self-service tooling, and integration with the DevOps ecosystem. Our solutions prioritize scalability, security, cost-efficiency, and user experience.
