Branch Operations is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant tasks. This may require to perform controls within own area of responsibility. Daily tasks of Ops team includes areas as Custody Settlement and clearing, Corporate actions processing, Cash Ops task as Cash collection and Delivery, Retained Orga tasks, different reporting, reconciliation and other tasks related to Cash Ops Global team.
Responsibilities
Cooperate with the Custody team on trade settlement and corporate actions
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLAs
Support and control selected outsourced areas (Payments, Investigations, Static Data, TF&L, etc.)
Participate in cross-departmental projects
Identify and escalate operational or regulatory risks when needed
You’ll get real responsibility from day one and exposure to different parts of the bank.
Skills
Czech – native or fluent level
English – communicative level (daily emails and calls)
Basic understanding of accounting / finance
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel; MS Access is an advantage)
Highschool degree in economics (or similar)
Team player with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn
