  • Preboarding: You take ownership of core preboarding steps, diligently verify employee data for completeness, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data quality prior to day one.

  • Onboarding: You reliably guide new team members through their first days at Scalable, independently manage onboarding sub-tasks, and directly shape the welcome experience for our new joiners.

  • People Documentation & Templates: You create and optimize employment references, certificates, and templates, ensuring high quality standards through your attention to detail and your sense for diligence.

  • Data Management: You maintain our digital personnel files in our HRIS Personio to the highest quality standards and keep sensitive compliance matters, such as the validity of residence permits -top of mind.

  • Process Optimization & Projects: You help drive the digitization of our People workflows and take on sub-projects to continuously elevate standards such as the reference letter generation process or the onboarding journey.

  • Knowledge Base & People Handbooks: You document People processes in a structured manner in Confluence, keep our HRIS up to date, and bring your creativity to designing and writing our Internal Knowledge pages.

  • JIRA: You support request management via Jira Service Desk, handle employee inquiries in a solution-oriented manner, and deliver a fast, top-tier service experience every day.

  • Learning & Development: Help us deliver a great learning experience! You’ll support our team’s growth by keeping the Sana platform running smoothly, assisting with day-to-day coordination, and helping curate learning paths that set everyone up for success.

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Law, HR Management, Data/Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong sense of quality and a keen attention to detail (especially when reviewing data and documents).

  • Proven enthusiasm for operational administrative tasks and structuring documents and templates.

  • Independent, conscientious working style combined with confident communication skills when interacting with team members.

  • Fluency in both German and English (min. C1).
