Job Description & Summary
In Office Services at PwC, you will focus on supporting the seamless delivery of business centre operations, with a primary emphasis on managing printing services and document production requests. This role involves coordinating high-volume and specialized print jobs, maintaining inventory levels, ordering and managing supplies, and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently. You will play an important part in delivering timely, high-quality service to internal clients while also collaborating closely with the broader Office Services team, contributing to a unified approach that supports the overall workplace experience.
The Opportunity
As a Business Centre Clerk, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:
Monitor and process confidential printing, scanning, and binding requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Coordinate high-volume and priority print production in accordance with service standards
Monitor and maintain printers, copiers, and binding equipment, initiating service requests and liaising with vendors or support teams as needed
Manage printer supply inventory, including ordering consumables, tracking stock levels, and coordinating toner recycling
Maintain an organized and efficient Business Centre and copy centre environment, ensuring equipment and supplies are readily available
Deliver backup coverage for Operations team and Business Centre functions from other offices during peak periods, absences, and special projects
Support the London AC office on a weekly basis or as required
Create office passes and maintain security system records, updates, and related information for SWO and other offices as needed
Provide seasonal tax, project, technology adoption, and general administrative support as required
Actively involved with the Workplace Health & Safety Committee

Relevant experience in a business centre or mailroom setting, including managing supplies and photocopying/scanning is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint for document management and sharing
Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detailed focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

The salary range for this position is $34,500 - $55,500. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
