You will cover businesses headquartered in London and across key innovation hubs including Manchester, Oxford, and Cambridge.
Your focus will be on driving sustainable growth across the full client lifecycle—from initial engagement through scale and maturity—by delivering the breadth of J.P. Morgan’s capabilities. You will proactively anticipate client needs, partnering with founders and CFOs as they navigate critical inflection points, while maximizing value and revenue for the firm over time.
This position is based in our London office.

- Maintain an active and relentless focus on identifying the next generation of high‑quality, diverse founders, leveraging a strong referral network built through ecosystem engagement, venture relationships, and market presence
- Act as a trusted partner across J.P. Morgan, collaborating closely with Investment Banking, Large and Mid‑Cap Corporate Banking, Payments, Markets, Private Bank, Risk, and Industry Coverage teams to deliver coordinated client outcomes
- Demonstrate genuine passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and the start‑up ecosystem, staying close to industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for client growth, innovation, and strategic partnership
- This position will also support JPMorganChase’s Security and Resiliency Initiative (SRI). You will engage the UK innovation ecosystem—connecting founders, investors, governments, and other stakeholders—where innovation intersects with defence, security, and resilience priorities.
