Objectives extend across regulatory, Legal, Tax, Product and technology topics. You will be comfortable working with experts and stakeholders from different countries and cultures, balancing business needs with enterprise risk, control and compliance requirements. You will also share knowledge and provide practical guidance to colleagues on specialised banking and technical Treasury topics.
You will be accustomed to a working environment that thrives on change, innovation, collaboration and self-initiative. As the organisation and its banking needs continue to evolve, the scope of the role will develop too, offering opportunities to take on additional projects and responsibilities.

Work with internal experts and external partners to assess local regulations, payment restrictions, purpose codes, sanctions and FinCrime considerations, tax and legal documentation, resilience and contingency needs.
Support improvements to end-to-end payment, collection, payout and repatriation processes, including clear ownership, controls and handoffs.
Bank relationships and commercial governance
Build effective working relationships with assigned core and non-core banks, fintechs and payment providers, and structure recurring service and business reviews with key partners, including agendas, performance insights, escalations and action plans.
Review bank fees, account interest conditions and billing data for accuracy and adherence to agreed pricing schedules; investigate discrepancies and coordinate remediation or commercial follow-up.
Prepare concise analyses and management information on service performance, bank fees, interest conditions, open issues and opportunities.
Support bank-fee and interest-monitoring controls, including monthly reviews, variance analysis and evidence collection.
Bank account lifecycle, management, controls and data
Support bank-account openings, maintenance, rationalisation and closures across entities, currencies and banking partners, including documentation, approvals, mandates, signatory and contact updates, KYC and bank confirmations.
Support audit, SOX, business-control, FinCrime, business-impact assessment and business-continuity requirements within the assigned scope.
Keep process documentation, country manuals, trackers and control evidence complete, current and easy for others to use.
Effectively and efficiently, deal with all BAU banking issues and queries.
Banking technology, connectivity and change
Contribute to TMS, SAP/S4, Bank Account Management, bank-connectivity and reporting initiatives from discovery and design through testing, go-live and hypercare.

Identify process waste, control gaps, recurring incidents and opportunities to standardise or automate Banking activities.
Use data and structured analysis to support root-cause investigations, fee and interest insights, service-performance reporting and commercial discussions.
Help leverage dashboards, workflow tools, automation and emerging AI capabilities to improve efficiency and quality.
Create or improve procedures, process maps, product documentation and knowledge-sharing materials, and provide practical guidance to more junior colleagues.
Key skills and experience required
Typically 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, payments, treasury, financial services operations or financial infrastructure, ideally in a multinational environment.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, treasury or a related field; relevant professional Treasury or Finance qualifications are an advantage.
Practical experience with banking relationship management, bank account lifecycle activities, payment operations, bank products or financial systems.
Experience working with bank fees, account interest conditions, service performance, pricing analysis or commercial follow-up is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting banking, payments, TMS, ERP, connectivity, account-structure or process-improvement projects.
