Your area of work
The Client Engagement & Customer Portal IT team designs and delivers solutions for the entire customer journey, starting from onboarding throughout client services. The team is the IT responsible for the Member Section, our customer portal used by over 40.000 clients and various business segments of Deutsche Börse Group. In this role you will contribute to the smooth operation of the portal and the related Backoffice processes by supporting the development team with planning and tracking activities, reporting/PMO/administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities
- You actively support project management and PMO activities, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, and task coordination for the development team
- You support in creating and maintaining regular reports, KPI dashboards, and status updates for management and internal stakeholders
- You contribute to the smooth operation of the Member Section portal by monitoring back office processes, documenting workflows, and assisting in incident tracking
- Furthermore, you will organise and document decision meetings, workshops, and backlog refinement sessions using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- In addition, you will support the preparation of presentations, project documentation, and decision papers for cross-functional initiatives
- You are involved in ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks, collaborating closely with software engineers, product owners, and business analysts
Your profile
- You are enrolled as a student at a state-recognised university throughout your employment period and have completed at least 3 semesters (Study focus in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields)
- You have strong organizational and project coordination skills. Experience in tracking, planning, and reporting through Jira is a plus
- You have advanced communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly summarize complex information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with SAP, Git, Salesforce is a plu
- You are comfortable learning new technologies and methodologies quickly and working independently with minimal supervis
- You have practical knowledge of at least one programming language
