Head of EMEA Pricing & Value OptimisationWhat does a successful Head of EMEA Pricing & Value Optimisation do?

At Fiserv, a successful Head of EMEA Pricing & Value Optimisation leads the development of a best-in-class pricing and commercial intelligence capability across our Merchant business. This role is responsible for maximising enterprise value by ensuring pricing, portfolio, migration, and investment decisions are guided by commercial return and customer value.

Reporting to the Head of Merchant Product & Commercialisation, EMEA, this role works across Product, Finance, Sales, Commercial Operations, Technology, and Market leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and simplify commercial complexity across the region. Success in this role means driving measurable revenue growth, improving profitability, strengthening decision-making, and building a scalable commercial capability that supports the future evolution of Fiserv’s Merchant business in EMEA.

What you will do

Define and lead the EMEA Merchant pricing, value optimisation, and portfolio strategy

Establish pricing governance, commercial policies, and enterprise-wide decision frameworks

Build commercial intelligence capabilities that provide clear visibility into pricing, profitability, customer value, and platform economics

Identify and deliver pricing, packaging, monetisation, and portfolio optimisation opportunities that drive revenue growth and margin expansion

Create frameworks to prioritise investments, platform migrations, and product decisions based on commercial value

Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Technology leaders to execute value creation initiatives

Lead executive governance forums and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Build and develop a high-performing team across pricing, commercial analytics, and value management

What you will need to have

Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, value management, consulting, or business transformation

Experience developing and executing pricing strategies within payments, financial services, software, or technology businesses

Strong understanding of portfolio economics, profitability management, and commercial optimisation

Experience identifying and delivering measurable revenue and margin improvement opportunities

Experience building commercial analytics, business intelligence, or pricing capabilities

Strong financial modelling and business case development skills

Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and executive decisions

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives

Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills

A track record of driving strategic change in complex, matrixed organisations

What would be great to have

Experience within merchant acquiring, payments, or fintech

Experience leading enterprise pricing transformation programmes

Experience building or scaling pricing, commercial analytics, or value management functions

Background in management consulting, strategy, or commercial transformation

Experience with platform migration, portfolio rationalisation, or large-scale modernisation initiatives

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline

Success in this role

Deliver measurable revenue growth through pricing and commercial optimisation initiatives

Create a single view of portfolio profitability, pricing, and customer value across EMEA

Establish a scalable pricing governance and value management framework

Improve investment and migration decisions through stronger commercial intelligence

Simplify commercial complexity across products, platforms, and markets

Build a sustainable capability that drives long-term enterprise value creation
