The FIA Execution Program Manager (Execution TPgM) is a critical governance and support role within the Field Integration Assembly (FIA) team. Tasked with overseeing the end-to-end (E2E) project lifecycle, this role focuses on empowering site teams to self-deliver while maintaining strict adherence to the FIA EMEA Strategy. The primary mission is to shift data center construction from a traditional stick-built process to a high-precision, manufacturing-led assembly model through the implementation of Field Assembly Plants (FAPs). This role oversees project phases (BOD, IFC, Tender, and Construction) to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency. Operating within the Nordics region (Mega Scale), the Execution Program Manager serves as a governance lead to minimize administrative burdens on site teams, ensuring they can focus exclusively on generating megawatts through standardized, repeatable solutions. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world.
