What can you expect?

This role is responsible for supporting and managing change management activities across complex multi-country or regional projects to help deliver business outcomes. The Change Consultant will partner with project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption, minimize risk, and embed sustainable change.

We will count on you to

Support the development and execution of change management strategies for regional and global projects

Identify change-related risks and help develop mitigation plans

Prepare and manage key change deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, engagement and involvement plans, and training plans

Conduct analysis to identify impacts, readiness gaps, and process improvement opportunities

Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans

What you need to have

Around 4+ years of professional experience in change management or a similar role in a multicultural environment

Experience supporting change initiatives across complex programs or projects

Good understanding of formal change management methodologies, such as ADKAR or ACMP

Very good command of English

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
