Job Description & SummaryAbout the role
PwC Belgium’s Microsoft Practice, part of our Advisory division, helps organisations across the public and private sectors put Microsoft technology to work from Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 to the Power Platform and assistants such as Microsoft 365 Copilot. We have delivered adoption programmes for clients ranging from federal public services to large enterprises, and demand for this work continues to grow.
As that demand grows, we are looking for an AI Adoption Lead to own the way our clients move from rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to using it well. This is a delivery role with a meaningful client-facing dimension, reporting into the Microsoft Practice leadership.
In short: you make sure that once the technology is in place, people genuinely change how they work and the organisation sees the benefit.
What you will do
Lead adoption programmes for clients deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, from planning through to measurable take-up.
Design and run change management approaches; communication, training, champion networks and follow-up. Tailored to each organisation.
Build and coach champion communities and deliver workshops and enablement sessions for end users and their managers.
Define adoption metrics and track them, using usage data to show progress and to adjust the approach where it is not working.
Translate adoption results into business terms, so that sponsors and leadership can see the return on their investment.
Advise clients on responsible use, including data protection, governance and the obligations that come with the EU AI Act.
Work alongside our technical specialists, keeping the focus on people and ways of working rather than configuration.
Support proposals and pre-sales on a limited basis, shaping adoption approaches, contributing to bids and scoping new work. This role does not carry account management responsibility.
Mentor more junior colleagues and contribute to the methods and materials the practice reuses across engagements.
Who you are
Five to eight years of relevant professional experience, including a clear track record in technology adoption and change management.
You have led at least one organisation through an AI or digital transformation, ideally from start to finish.
Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, or with adoption of comparable enterprise tools.
A structured approach to change management for example Prosci or ADKAR, or an equivalent you can explain and apply.
Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders, including at executive level.
Comfortable defining adoption metrics and working with usage data to steer a programme.
A consulting or advisory background, or comparable experience delivering in a client-facing or project environment.
What makes you effective
You communicate clearly and adapt your message to the audience, from end users to executives.
You take initiative and ownership, and you move things forward without waiting to be asked.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage work, where the path is not yet defined.
You build trust quickly and bring people with you, rather than relying on authority.
Languages
Dutch and English: required, spoken and written, to a professional standard.
French: a strong advantage, given our client base.
Nice to have
Relevant Microsoft certifications, and a change management certification such as Prosci.
Experience across both public and private sector clients.
Familiarity with the wider Microsoft 365 and Power Platform landscape.
What we offer
A central role in a growing practice with a strong project pipeline and clear, continuing demand for this work.
Membership of PwC’s EMEA Microsoft community, with access to peers, knowledge and shared assets across the network.
Room to shape how we approach adoption, rather than following a fixed playbook.
The development, learning and certification opportunities you would expect from a firm of our size.
A competitive package in line with the Manager grade.
Practical
Based in Belgium, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Regular travel to client sites within Belgium, and occasional travel within EMEA.
