Key job responsibilities Lead, develop, and scale a team of 40 Solutions Architects, establishing mechanisms to audit customer experience quality and operational performance while building succession plans for long-term organizational sustainability. Drive bar-raising customer outcomes and business transformation in financial services, partnering with customers to architect and implement cloud solutions that address significantly complex technical and business challenges. Represent AWS in the local market by building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, influencing business priorities and growth initiatives. Provide strategic management by aligning team priorities to organizational goals, establishing scalable processes for execution, and creating mechanisms to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with product teams to evolve AWS services based on customer feedback from financial services engagements, leveraging technical depth to influence service roadmaps and innovation priorities.

You'll spend time meeting with financial services customers and partners, diving deep into their technical architectures and business objectives to ensure your team delivers transformational solutions.
