You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and product leaders - translating vision into value, and strategy into scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions. This is a role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership and a genuine passion for technology innovation.

Ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and platform capabilities on time and to quality
Operational Excellence
Oversee platform health, service quality, and operational performance across the board
Support incident management and service restoration activities when required

About You
You are a strategic thinker and a natural collaborator - someone who can inspire confidence in stakeholders, energise a team, and navigate complexity with clarity and purpose. You bring a balance of technical understanding and business acumen, and you know how to turn ambiguity into action. You communicate with impact, lead with empathy, and are committed to building inclusive, high-performing environments where great work thrives.

These are additional nice to haves:
ServiceNow certifications and advanced platform expertise across multiple modules
Experience leading platform products within a large, global organisation with distributed teams
