At Swiss Re, we're on a mission to make the world more resilient - and our digital platforms are at the heart of how we do it. We're looking for a driven and experienced Senior Product Lead to take ownership of one of our most strategic digital platforms and lead it to new heights.

About the Role

As Senior Product Lead for Enterprise Service Management, you will define and drive the strategic direction of the Swiss Re Digital Business Management (DBM) Platform - a critical ServiceNow-based platform that powers service management, workflow automation, and digital experiences across the organisation.

You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and product leaders - translating vision into value, and strategy into scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions. This is a role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership and a genuine passion for technology innovation.

Champion knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to foster a culture of transparency and innovation

Platform Governance and Architecture

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, platform standards, and engineering guardrails

Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to guide solution evolution and responsible technology adoption

Support sustainable platform growth while upholding compliance, scalability, and operational excellence

Partner with stakeholders to define compelling business cases, clear requirements, and meaningful success measures

Manage dependencies, priorities, and competing demands across multiple concurrent initiatives

Ensure successful delivery of features, enhancements, and platform capabilities on time and to quality

Operational Excellence

Oversee platform health, service quality, and operational performance across the board

Support incident management and service restoration activities when required

Ensure releases meet quality standards and organisational governance requirements

Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, retrospectives, and customer feedback loops

Financial Management

Contribute to annual planning and quarterly review processes with clear financial insight

Manage product investments and budgets in close collaboration with stakeholders and leadership

Ensure transparency of costs, value delivery, and prioritisation decisions

Drive effective resource allocation to maximise business outcomes and return on investment

People and Leadership

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture where everyone can do their best work

Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and capability development to build a strong, future-ready team

Encourage continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth at every level

Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Platform Leadership to build sustainable organisational capabilities

About You

Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments, with a track record of delivering value iteratively and sustainably

These are additional nice to haves:

Experience leading platform products within a large, global organisation with distributed teams

Background in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or digital transformation initiatives at scale

Experience managing platform financials, business cases, and investment planning processes
