We have an exciting opportunity within our Business Banking Operations Team for a Change Analyst to join us. As a Change Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and driving new improvement opportunities and changes to existing processes across the Business Banking Operations team in line with our operational excellence principles. You'll need to focus on delivering change with tangible and measurable benefits whilst ensuring our risk management framework remains effective to mitigate any risks and keep us safe.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, based at our Glasgow office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. Alternatively, you'll be located at our Edinburgh hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events, this is expected to be weekly in Edinburgh.
