As our new Corporate and M&A Lawyer, you will:

Deliver day-to-day legal support advising clients in the field of corporate law and develop corporate legal service practice

Work with a wide range of international projects, conducting legal analysis, revising agreements and preparing other legal documents

Advise on effective planning and implementation support for corporate reorganizations such as domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures

Participate in M&A processes by performing comprehensive legal due diligence, identifying risks and preparing findings reports for clients

Contribute to transaction support throughout all stages of the deal lifecycle

Draft and review transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, asset transfer agreements and related ancillary documents

Assist in structuring transactions and preparing corporate documentation required for closing and postclosing implementation

Support clients in deal negotiations by providing legal analysis, preparing negotiation materials and ensuring legal compliance of proposed solutions

You are our perfect candidate if you

Have 1-2 years of experience in corporate and/or M&A legal practice (prior work at a law firm is highly beneficial)

Hold a university law degree (or you are a student in your last years)

Are proficient in both English and Lithuanian

Possess strong time-management skills and can set priorities and make decisions independently

Think analytically, can spot areas for potential improvement, and are capable of developing effective solutions

Our offer

The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 1300EUR to 2600 EUR, plus performance-based bonuses.
