As we build on our success and continue to scale our growth, we're creating a new senior role within the Marketing team - Social Media Lead - to take our social media presence to a whole new level. You’ll own our social strategy and content engine end to end, growing social into a true engagement and brand lever for Moneybox. With a dedicated test-and-learn budget and a clear mandate from senior leadership, you'll take full ownership of our presence across social channels, building an ambitious strategy, proving out new formats and partnerships, create best-in-class content, and shaping how 1.9 million Moneybox customers - and many more prospective ones - experience our brand on the channels they use every day. Reporting to the Head of Content & Customer Communications, and working closely with Brand, Paid Media, PR, Public Affairs, Product, CRM and Commercial teams, you'll be a strategic partner across the business.
