Sales Development Representative – German Speaker

✔️This position is a 2‑year fixed‑term contract

✔️Generating leads and customer appointments, and building customer relationships by nurturing prospects, identifying new potential sales channels, and leveraging new contacts.

✔️ Managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospect appointments, involving Sales colleagues in the next steps of the sales process, and coordinating meetings between prospects/customers and Sales Managers.

✔️ Identifying best practices to optimize the lead and appointment generation process.

✔️ Analyzing customer needs, building trust-based relationships with potential clients, and presenting relevant products.

✔️ Proactively researching new sales opportunities in the market, documenting activities, and reporting on sales performance.

✔️ You have completed commercial training or possess equivalent practical experience, with several years of professional experience in sales.

✔️You have a  solution‑oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and a persuasive approach to customer interactions.

✔️ Industry-specific knowledge in Business Information is desirable; experience in credit insurance, factoring, or debt collection is an advantage.

✔️ A high level of target orientation and a strong understanding of sales KPIs.

✔️ Proficient in common software tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.

✔️ Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
