Account Manager, Corporate Solutions

As an Account Manager within Nasdaq's Corporate Solutions team, reporting to Haakon Dibb you'll play a critical role in driving client retention and growth across a portfolio of leading European companies. You'll be the primary relationship owner for a defined book of clients, helping them get maximum value from Nasdaq's Investor Relations intelligence platform — from flagship analytics tools to specialist consultancy services.

You'll thrive in this role if you're a natural relationship-builder with an enterprise commercial mindset, someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, and who brings energy, curiosity, and drive to every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on retention, upsell, and long-term relationship development across Nasdaq's Investor Relations solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including Investor Relations leads and C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor.

Proactively identify client needs, usage gaps, and at-risk accounts — escalating where needed and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless, joined-up client experience across all touchpoints.

Represent Nasdaq in client meetings, presentations, and market engagements, clearly articulating our value proposition in the European market context.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5–10 years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or a client-facing role within financial markets, fintech, or a related sector.

Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior-level relationships in a consultative, solution-oriented environment.

Strong knowledge of European market structures and the ability to translate that into client value.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills — written and verbal — with the confidence to engage and influence at senior levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Investor Relations, corporate access, or experience working with institutional investors.

Familiarity with competitive landscape players in financial data and analytics (e.g., financial market intelligence providers).

Experience working in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional collaboration across regions.
