Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:Automation Specialist – RPA Specialist

In this role, you will support the delivery of process improvements and automation solutions across the business. Working closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders, you will help identify opportunities to simplify processes, support the development of automation solutions, and contribute to testing and implementation activities.

This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position.

We will count on you to

Support cross-functional teams in understanding end-to-end processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

Analyze current processes to help identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the design of solutions that meet business needs

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements using RPA (Blue Prism)

Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, to help ensure solutions are ready for deployment

What you need to have

Proven experience with RPA (Blue Prism)

Exposure to process mapping, process analysis, or process improvement activities

Strong analytical skills and an interest in improving how work gets done

A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others

Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level)

What makes you stand out

Exposure to more than one automation tool or language

Basic knowledge of REST API data exchange

Interest in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or certification

Experience in the insurance sector or shared service sector
