As a Site Reliability Engineer graduate at Susquehanna, you’ll be working alongside experienced engineers to solve real problems, being responsible in designing, supporting, maintaining and improving infrastructure across virtual and physical environments, applying a DevOps approach.
This role is aimed at final year students in a STEM related bachelors or masters degree, who are passionate about a career in Infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering. Designed to accelerate your technical growth, giving you hands-on exposure to infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation, while strengthening your skills.
What we're looking forWho You Are
- Technical:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related experience.
- Solid understanding of operating systems, networking, and infrastructure architectures.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) is desirable.
- Passionate about technology.
- Problem Solver: When it comes to solving problems, you use clear and sound reasoning. You’re rational and like to use data to come up with sensible solutions.
- Curious: You’re eager to learn, are not afraid to ask questions, and explore how and why systems work.

- Education: You must be a final year student in a STEM related bachelors or masters degree. Prior experience in finance or trading is not necessary.
