Job Description & Summary

The Recruitment & Attraction team at PwC Poland consists of 42 recruitment specialists. Our daily life involves, first and foremost, working with other people. We coordinate recruitment processes in the broad areas of finance, law or technology, and business services. We automate our systems, change our processes to ensure the highest quality candidate experience, and provide training to the business on what we do best, namely recruiting.

We are looking for:

Recruitment Specialist | Recruitment & Attraction

Your future role

• Running end-to-end recruitment projects for the Managed Services Operations team, Supervising the quality and efficiency of processes,
• Providing recommendations, status reports and problem solving in recruitment projects,
• Using various recruitment and Employer Branding tools to attract candidates,
• Participating in EB events, job fairs and cooperation with our suppliers in the recruitment area,
• Partnering with Stakeholders - Hiring Managers, support teams and your team to design effective hiring strategies,
• Participating in additional projects in human resource management.

Apply if you have

• At least 2 years of proven experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes,
• Experience in using various recruitment and sourcing strategies,
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish language,
• Great communication skills, track record of relationship building and professionalism,
• Ability to work independently and sense of responsibility for your projects,
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools.

Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
