Mercer’s Impact team are a thirty strong group of consultants, strategists, creative thinkers, designers, writers, videographers, animators, copywriters, data experts, programmers and project managers.

They are looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join their team and help bring their creative vision to life, delivering high-quality design and artwork across a range of print and digital formats.

Creative Artworker

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming initial concepts into polished final artwork, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all campaign materials. You will manage artwork throughout the production lifecycle, liaising with suppliers as needed, and work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and budgets. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who values design excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

We will rely on you to

Develop accurate final artwork from initial concepts across multiple formats and channels

Apply consistent typographic and layout standards to all deliverables

Ensure artwork meets technical specifications for print and digital media

Take accountability for artwork throughout the production lifecycle, including supplier liaison

Maintain brand and campaign consistency in all materials

Uphold brand guidelines and campaign strategy

Deliver artwork on time and within budget

Communicate proactively if deadlines are at risk and propose solutions

Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain organized filing systems

Complete and submit timesheets accurately and on schedule

Participate in internal artwork reviews and checks prior to final sign-off

Ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and layout

Contribute to continuous improvement of creative output quality and consistency

Manage time estimates to provide best value to the business

What you need to have

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy with meticulous attention to detail

Portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and creative flair across print and digital projects

Proven track record delivering quality work for multiple clients and channels

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Competence in PowerPoint and presentation template creation

Good understanding of print production data and colour management

Confidence working within brand guidelines and applying feedback

Retouching and visualizing skills

Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
