Role Summary

The Senior RFP Content Manager plays a key role in shaping and managing the global RFP content capability at T. Rowe Price. Working closely with the Global RFP team, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the firm, the role is responsible for ensuring our extensive RFP content library is accurate, relevant and easy to use while continuously improving how content is created, governed and delivered.

The role combines content management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement with the opportunity to help shape the use of technology and AI across the RFP lifecycle. The Senior RFP Content Manager will lead major content initiatives, oversee the governance of more than 10,000 standard records, support live RFP and DDQ activity from a content perspective, and identify opportunities to improve the experience for RFP teams and content users globally.

Responsibilities

Maintains RFP content with a global perspective, using a consultative approach to ensure easy-to-use content, regularly communicating changes to content users.

Proactively engages RFP Editors to leverage their close relationships with subject matter experts and investment teams, driving the ongoing enhancement, refinement and maintenance of content related to specific topics and strategies.

Supports RFP content users in training, usage, best practices, and functionality. Training on content updates and collaboration within the content database should be provided on both a recurring and ad hoc basis.

Coordinates with partners across the firm to review and update RFP content, including large-scale quarterly updates and ad hoc critical communications edits.

Proactively engages with internal users and solicits feedback for significant content and process updates/changes.

Develops solutions, processes, and relationships integral to enhancing the full RFP process life cycle.

Review incoming content updates from SMEs and RFP Editors, refine for formatting and consistency, and incorporate into the content database by updating existing records or creating new content. Creates and manages in-depth procedures and user guides on all content management processes including, but not limited to, how to incorporate critical communications across all global content, the intake and approval of new or updated content, and content review cycle procedures.

Partners with RFP and technology teams to evaluate, shape and implement new content-management capabilities, including the application of AI and automation to improve content quality, usability and efficiency. This includes identifying opportunities to improve proposal efficiency through content taxonomy, metadata, tagging, templates, response automation, and workflow discipline.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role within Asset Management

Preferred

Experience working with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Responsive.

Demonstrates an interest in the application of technology in business processes, including AI and other software to enhance workflow.

Prior experience in RFP writing roles

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment

A willingness to learn new things and a positive attitude

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented
