DACH Compliance Manager (Central Team) Join Aon and play a key role in supporting compliance activities throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a full-time opportunity based in Kraków, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote model in line with local smart working policies. What the day will look like As a DACH Compliance Manager, you will work closely with business leaders, support functions, and Legal & Compliance colleagues to help ensure regulatory compliance across the DACH region. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing practical guidance and helping embed a strong compliance culture throughout the organization. Key responsibilities include: Providing compliance advice and guidance to business and support teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland Supervising regulatory developments and assessing their impact on policies, procedures, and business operations Supporting regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, governance activities, and maintenance of compliance registers Building positive relationships with internal partners and external regulatory bodies Preparing compliance updates and reports for senior leadership, boards, and committees Finding opportunities to strengthen controls, processes, training, and compliance awareness across the business How this opportunity is different This is a chance to define a visible impact within a globally recognized professional services organization while supporting multiple countries and business areas. Skills and experience that will lead to success Proficiency in German and English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with a wide range of partners Experience in compliance, risk management, legal, insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business guidance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder leadership skills Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail Preferred: Knowledge of German, Austrian, or Swiss regulatory frameworks, experience working with regulatory authorities, and professional compliance or insurance-related qualifications.
