Division: GDC Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Architecture & Engineering

  • Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high‑availability cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
  • Develop and document cloud architectural patterns, reference implementations, and best practices.
  • Lead technical design sessions with Cloud Teams and Architects.

Azure/Databricks AI & Data Services

  • Architect and implement solutions leveraging the Azure AI stack, including:
  • Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI
  • Azure Container services (Container Apps, AKS)
  • Azure AI Search, Azure Cosmos DB
  • Databricks Datalake

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  • Develop, maintain, and version infrastructure components using Terraform and associated modules.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using Azure DevOps yaml pipelines.
  • Enforce IaC best practices, modularization and automated testing.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross‑functionally with Architecture, CICD, Data, AI and application teams.
  • Provide technical guidance on Azure/Databricks and IaC practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and/or Databricks cloud engineering or architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Azure core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM)
  • Azure AI services and MLOps solutions
  • Azure Databricks ecosystem (clusters, jobs, Delta Lake)
  • Strong Terraform expertise, including module development and multi‑environment deployments.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines : Azure DevOps
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, observability, and cost‑management practices.

Preferred CertificationsAzure Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps EngineerHashiCorp Terraform Certifications
  • HashiCorp Terraform Associate (003 or later)
  • HashiCorp Terraform EngineerSoft Skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex cloud concepts for diverse technical audiences.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable to evolving technologies.
