Marketing department plays a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic vision. We work closely with our lawyers and our colleagues around the network to deliver innovative, creative and solution-driven services to our clients.

We are looking for a dynamic:

Marketing Intern - 6-months internship

As a Marketing intern, you will work closely with our Marketing team to support campaigns, client events and day‑to‑day communications for an international law firm. It is a hands‑on role where you will learn how professional services marketing works in practice and see your work used with real clients.

Key responsibilities:Communications and content

Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts in line with our brand guidelines

Help prepare client alerts and newsletters, and follow up with lawyers where needed

Review and update content on the firm’s website

Track and record media mentions and articles

Marketing materials

Help create and update presentations, brochures and other marketing materials

Prepare and maintain lawyers’ CVs, checking information directly with them

Coordinate photo shoots and ensure photos are saved and used correctly across our materials

Events and sponsorships

Support the organisation of client events from invitation to follow‑up (guest lists, logistics, on‑the‑day support)

Assist with marketing support for conferences and sponsorships (for example ALFI and other key events)

Digital tools and admin support

Monitor shared marketing mailboxes and respond to or redirect basic requests

Keep our client relationship management (CRM) system up to date

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team (for example, simple reports, tracking activities, filing)

About you

Studying marketing, management, communications or a related field

Fluent in written and spoken English and French; German is an advantage

Confident user of Microsoft Office and online tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organised, accurate and able to manage several tasks at the same time

Curious, proactive and keen to learn how marketing works in a leading international firm
