What you need to have

Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian.

Basic understanding of AI concepts and be able to talk about a personal or professional project involving AI, including your approach and the reasoning behind it.

3+ years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great).

Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack.

Experience with or knowledge of Python.

Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work.
