Acting as a central coordination point between customers, Customer Support, Product teams, and Service Reliability Engineers, you help deliver a reliable service experience and outstanding customer outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Perform data monitoring and quality management for incoming data feeds from exchanges and contributors, including anomaly detection, validation, cleanup, and follow-up actions for existing and future sources.
- Act as the central coordination point for critical real-time incidents end-to-end, performing structured triage, customer impact assessment, stakeholder coordination, and transparent customer communication.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues across market data delivery, APIs, network connectivity, and service operations, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Provide operational expertise and technical consultancy by maintaining customer context, supporting onboarding activities, and collaborating across business and technology teams.
- Drive service reliability and continuous improvement through monitoring enhancements, release readiness, automation, recurring issue analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.
- 24/5 shifts (7 hours) with colleagues in Warsaw and around the globe
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex data flows, system dependencies, and customer impact scenarios.
- Experience in production support, incident management, monitoring, or market data services, ideally within financial services or another business-critical environment.
- Good understanding of IT systems, APIs, networking, data processing, and troubleshooting techniques; scripting, SQL, or automation skills are an advantage.
