Front Arena AMAS Specialist - Market Making 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner, immediate start for 12 months, possible extension)

YOUR CHALLENGE

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems

Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime

Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems

Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently

Conduct thorough reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards

Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience

Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework

Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline

5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME

Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives

Good knowledge of Market making using AMAS and PRIME

Proven ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Comfortable working under pressure, with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise dynamically

Customer-focused mindset with empathy, adaptability, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude

Very strong communication and planning skills

Very good English language skills (written and verbal)

Strong team player with funded experience on leading teams

Customer oriented with focus to support an organisation in developing and providing solutions

Very high level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes

Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
