You will have the opportunity to:

Design and deliver complex cyber security programmes and projects, ensuring alignment to client objectives, regulatory requirements, the cyber threat landscape and business priorities

Establish effective programme governance, control, reporting, risk management and assurance to support successful delivery outcomes

Lead multi-disciplinary teams across cyber security, technology, risk, operations and business functions to deliver transformational change

Deliver cyber maturity assessments, security roadmaps, implementation plans, operating models and business cases that enable organisations to improve their security maturity

Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations, ensuring security initiatives remain on track and deliver value

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors to provide strategic guidance and programme leadership

Apply structured programme and project management methodologies alongside cyber security best practices to address complex client challenges

Support capability development through knowledge sharing, mentoring, business development activities and contributions to the growth of cyber programme delivery offerings

Flexible working - We are currently operating a discretionary hybrid working model which is designed to help you plan your work and your life. We want our people to come into the office at least two days a week.

Skills, experience and qualifications

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering cyber security programmes and/or large-scale security transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks, technologies, governance and risk management practices

Experience developing and managing programme governance structures, delivery plans, budgets, reporting and assurance activities

Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage audiences from technical teams through to senior executives

Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex business and technology change programmes

Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches

Ability to translate complex cyber security challenges into practical, business-focused solutions and delivery plans

Highly effective leadership and team management skills, with experience coordinating diverse delivery teams and suppliers

Relevant programme and project management qualifications such as MSP®, PRINCE2®, PMP®, AgilePM®, SAFe® or equivalent

Relevant cyber security qualifications or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, SABSA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, SANS, GIAC certifications or equivalent

Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, threat landscapes, security regulations and industry best practices

Holistic understanding of cyber security across people, process and technology, with the ability to balance security outcomes against business objectives
