Job purpose

Responsibilities

Independently manage underwriting for mid-sized and large (corporate and industrial) clients

Conduct risk analysis, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and renew insurance contracts in line with local and group standards

Implement and manage insurance contracts for domestic and international business

Monitor market trends and emerging risks; adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness

Collaborate closely with Risk Engineering, Sales, Claims

Candidate’s profile

5+ years of experience in Property and/or Engineering Lines underwriting within mid-sized or industrial corporate insurance

Proven track record in managing profitable portfolios and strategic initiatives

Deep understanding of Property and Engineering insurance markets, products, and regulations

University degree in Business, Finance, or related field; professional insurance qualifications preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Proactive, independent, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset

Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage
