We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our People Analytics team in Prague. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to both advancing our People Analytics function and also closely support the Learning Experience team. You will play a crucial role in using data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and shape our global learning strategy, helping us transform into a learning organization that fosters a culture of continuous development.
Your responsibilities
- Produce HR reports, analyses, and dashboards for management and other stakeholders to provide insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze learning needs and skill gaps,
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning as well as wider HR offerings and support their continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of new self-service dashboards and reporting solutions, enhancing our People Analytics offerings in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Manage and document training activities in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning).
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree in a relevant field such as HR, Analytics, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
- You have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in either People Analytics, Data Analytics or a Learning and Development role.
- You possess excellent analytical skills with a strong affinity for data, numbers, and finding meaningful insights.
- You have excellent skills in preparing, cleaning, and working with data, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- You have experience with HR Information Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors (including the SuccessFactors Learning module).
- You are interested and excited to learn about and work with data visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
- You have the ability to learn quickly, think creatively, take ownership, and drive progress independently on tasks and projects.
- You have proficiency in written and spoken English, combined with an open and approachable personality.
