We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Intercompany Financial Analyst to join our Global Intercompany Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic individual contributor, delivering advanced financial insights, validating key assumptions, and communicating outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of intercompany financial drivers, excellent analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage assigned tasks with clarity and purpose.

Responsibilities:Financial Reporting

Provide expert financial guidance to the Intercompany COE and collaborate with broader controllership teams

Prepare and deliver internal management reports covering monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results

Draft insightful commentaries for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor intercompany performance and compliance

Intercompany Analysis & Reconciliation

Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities

Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across global operations

Investigate and resolve intercompany discrepancies in a timely manner, partnering with regional finance teams

Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to intercompany eliminations

Process Ownership & Optimization

Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing and settlement processes

Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS, driving system efficiency and best practices

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across Finance operations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and nurture strong relationships with key contacts across the organization including Tax, Treasury, Controllership, IT, and regional finance teams

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and execution of financial strategies

Present findings, project updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees

Transfer Pricing Engine Implementation

Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of the transfer pricing engine to automate intercompany pricing calculations

Collaborate with Tax, IT, and Finance teams to define transfer pricing rules, methodologies, and system requirements

Validate transfer pricing outputs and ensure alignment with global transfer pricing policies and arm's length principles

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues during rollout phases

Monitor and maintain the transfer pricing engine post-implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with evolving regulations

New Acquisitions – Intercompany Setup

Lead the intercompany onboarding process for newly acquired entities, including legal entity setup, trading partner configuration, and chart of accounts mapping

Collaborate with M&A, Treasury, Tax, and Legal teams to define intercompany agreements, pricing structures, and settlement terms for new entities

Ensure seamless integration of acquired entities into existing intercompany frameworks, systems (Oracle AGIS), and reporting structures

Document and standardize the acquisition integration playbook for intercompany processes

Design, implement, and maintain intercompany approval workflows to ensure proper authorization and governance over intercompany transactions

Define approval hierarchies, thresholds, and escalation paths in collaboration with Finance leadership and Internal Controls

Ensure approval workflows align with SOX requirements and internal audit standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

5–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, intercompany accounting, or corporate finance

Strong working knowledge of intercompany processes including reconciliation, invoicing, settlements, and eliminations

Experience with Oracle ERP systems (Oracle AGIS preferred)

Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools

Understanding of transfer pricing concepts and regulatory requirements

Experience supporting M&A integration or new entity setup

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
