Marketing Analytics is becoming an increasingly important capability within the business, and this role will play a key part in shaping what that function looks like over the coming years.  This is a really exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal point in the team's evolution. You'll help shape how Marketing, CRM and Growth teams use analytics to make better decisions about customer acquisition, engagement, experimentation and marketing investment, while leading a growing team and influencing decisions that directly impact business growth.   Rather than inheriting a fully mature function, you'll help build capability, improve ways of working and establish Marketing Analytics as a strategic capability that informs growth strategy, customer value and investment decisions across the business.
