Your area of work
The Data Management Department are responsible for fund set up, updating and maintenance of static information. Opening and maintenance of accounts in the markets with the corresponding transfer agent. Full training will be provided.
Your responsibilities
- Creation of fund identifiers for the Luxembourg market.
- Completing due diligence checks on Funds and Investment Managers.
- Completing fund set ups on our internal systems.
- Set up and maintenance of Transfer Agent information on our internal systems.
- Opening of accounts and Trading Chains in the markets.
- Completing AML/KYC due diligence for account openings.
- Completing project work with other members of the team.
- Responsible for dealing with client and transfer agent queries.
