Join Morgan Stanley’s U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk team in Budapest and take ownership of the Complaints Management Program’s reporting and analytics capability. In this highly visible Vice President role, you will create, manage, and execute the full reporting lifecycle, delivering trusted insights to senior management, governance forums, and regulators.

You will combine hands-on report development with strategic oversight, working with global stakeholders and providing direction and quality oversight. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative reporting leader who wants to modernize data, visualization, and analytics through automation and AI-enabled solutions.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we support the Firm’s business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the management of legal, regulatory, and franchise risk.

What you’ll do

Own the end-to-end complaints reporting lifecycle, from data analysis and report development to quality control, delivery, and presentation

Create clear, insightful reports and executive presentations for Bank management, governance committees, and regulators

Develop and maintain complaint KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, trend analysis, and management information

Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement

Translate analytical findings into concise, actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Provide day-to-day reporting oversight, direction, and quality assurance for a colleague based in Mumbai

Bring together data from multiple enterprise systems to support management, operational, and regulatory reporting

Lead improvements in data quality, reporting governance, controls, documentation, and reporting efficiency

Work with business, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data, and Technology partners to address issues identified through reporting and root-cause analysis

Help enhance complaint systems, data structures, coding taxonomies, and monitoring capabilities

Explore and implement AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions to streamline reporting and strengthen insight generation

Support complaint risk assessments, gap analyses, remediation activities, and corrective action plans

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, risk reporting, management information, or regulatory reporting

Proven ability to independently create, manage, and deliver high-quality reporting for senior audiences

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, or comparable analytics and visualization tools

Strong experience analysing large datasets and presenting findings through clear visualizations and compelling business narratives

An innovative mindset and practical interest in applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to reporting challenges

Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and build alignment across global teams

Experience providing work direction, oversight, or quality assurance across locations

Strong analytical judgement and the ability to identify root causes, risks, trends, and appropriate solutions

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

The organization and ownership needed to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment

Experience in complaints, banking, risk, compliance, consumer finance, or another regulated environment is an advantage

Knowledge of retail banking or institutional products and U.S. banking regulations is beneficial
